Couple notes: It wasn't immediately obvious that the tools, instructions and other pieces were inside the zipped compartment of the headboard, maybe add a diagram or illustration on the outer packaging. On the instructions, add a warning that when laying the bed on it's side to attach the velcro bottom liner, the gas lift might expand and swing the mattress platform away from the bed frame. It did this to me and hit a wall light (though I plan on replacing the light anyway, so no harm)

Negatives: Black color is true black unlike pictures which is more of a dark grey.darker than picturesInstructions are poor - look for official Aspire bed ottomen assembly video online for better help

The quality of mattress looks very good on paper, however, after receiving and unwrapping the parcel found that it did not bounce back into shape and it sagged and loose fitting of mattress material. After emailing to the company, they ask us to return the mattress, but to rolling the mattress into shape and placing into box was very difficult. the customer service was sympathetic and understanding, they arranged the refund and told us to dispose of the mattress.
