    Not what I or you might expect

    Its not exactly what I expected. I mixed it wild mayo thinking it would product as horseradish sauce but what I got was very bitter. Wasn't able to find any way to use on the Web so I'll keep experimenting trying to find a palitable use for it.

    Never thought a Jalapeno could go so far...

    Tasty and hot. It's like the Frank's Red Hot sauce: I put that Sh*t on everything! I thought it was a LOT of powder, but the way we're using it, we'll definitely need more. Goes with everything and works excellently as an added spice when cooking.
