      A product that really works Especially if your a senior Can't say enough good things about this supplement Immediate results with in 2 hours of taking 1 cap in the morning with juice before coffee or tea.       Seems to help

      I really didn't notice a big difference but it did seem to help. I did seem to have a better focus. I don't like pills and I don't always remember to take them. So, I don't like taking more than one a day of the same pill. Besides, you should never take the recommended dose on bottle. Start with one, then try 2, then work up to the regular dose. It's better than getting diarrhea or cramps or headaches, stomachaches and the likes. Good luck!
