    Item was absolutely not listed as new. Clearly buyer did not read through item descriptions, or look over any pictures before buying. I never promised a new item or mentioned anything about purchase including anything more than the headphones. Pictures of item listed never had anything other than what they received included. Buyers need to assume some responsibility to read over item descriptions and all details of the listing also viewing all photos so they know exactly what they are buying
