    After expressing concerns about shipping such a heavy item, seller assured me that he would pack this item well. The machine arrived in just a regular box with the wooden bottom of the case -- the part the sewing machine sits in splintered. Very disappointed. I haven't tried the machine yet because the cord needs to be replaced.
