    Advertised the unit as new, sent me a used unit(finger prints on the screen already, and a small scratch). Asked for a replacement, sent me a replacement screen, not a complete radio. Then proceeds to block me from buying anything from him again.

    1. We don't send him the used item, this is caused when he installed the head unit. 2. He opend a return dispute, then I offered him two solutions: 1) send him prepaid shipping lable to return for refund. 2) send him a new screen to replace. 3. He told me that he wants the screen replacement, but he still wants to get partial refund, otherwise he will leave us the negative feedback. Now I have did what he needed, he still left such untrue feedback.
