      Seller is very responsive - there was a part missing from the original shipment, and he was quick to respond and remedy the situation. Re: the listing, I probably would categorize this more as "used; in excellent condition" rather than "new; open box", but the pictures were clear and the seller was not trying to hide anything, so I chalk it up to more of a subjective difference in opinion. Overall, I'm happy with the quality for the price and would buy from him again. Thanks!

      Just as described, fun package at a great price! The cardboard package was completely destroyed by USPS, we were able to see everything packed in the box without ripping, but thankfully, you did such a great job packing it stayed in place, though they did chip the dragons... no fault of the vendor.
