    Quality and price points make this purchase a no brainer

    I've used many different brand of subwoofers over the course of nearly 30 years and I can tell you these are built well. Easily on par with higher end subs at much lower price. There's little chance you'll find a better sub at 2-3x the cost and 0 chance you'll find one better at the same price point. I built a sealed box at about 1.5 cubic feet with just over 400 watts and it bangs. I'm quite confident I could drive this sub a lot harder if I wanted but it's loud enough for sure.

    Probably worth $75.. Sounds like a $75 speaker...

    This speaker absolutely sounds about acceptable when hooked to my Pioneer 1600w monoblock amp. I will tell you that the sound is very unrefined and sounds barely better than an entry level sub. COMPARED to a Rockford Fosgate P2, the P2 is a far better speaker, and not that much more expensive. I'm writing this review to try to help folks that may be on the fence with this Rockville 12". I would not purchase another, although I do like most Rockville products. (that's why I tried this sub.) On the plus, it looks great and weighs a ton... It just doesn't have the sound to match. Bass is not clear and I doubt the rated power, as even though this speaker is heavier than heck, it barely seems to handle my pioneer amp at low gain. Sounded somewhat better after some days of breaking it in but I'm ...

    Buy this woofer!

    Rockville makes a mean sub. DEEP RICH BASS. Completely blew my mind. I used to run p3s and I'll tell you this speaker out performs them. Heavy metal music sounds great! Hard kick. Rap will shake your ride and you will feel it in your chest! Best of all they sell a rebuild for it!! Unbelievable.

    2 for $149.95 and they are extremely nice for the price. Pushing them with a Rockville Phenom RXD-M1 2000 w amp in a ported 1.75cu ft box and they sound phenomenal. Even better than expected and they sound even better the more broken in they get. HOORAH! Great job on these gems Rockville

    These subs are amazing and I'm really surprised. I have 2 on a Audiopipe 1000 Watt Mono and they slam. I will be letting everyone know before you waste money on Kicker, Alpine etc try these first.
