    norman, thanks so much. shipping has become a real issue lately. they seem to go out of their way to damage anything heavy (almost like they are trying to discourage shippers) I had 3 claims over 15 years (normal) and they honored insurance. I then had 3 claims in 60 days in early 2022, which they denied all three claims. really has stopped me from selling many items. UPS and FedEX have a real problem with their "new workforce". again thank you and appreciate you letting me know you were pleased
