We sent a message to the company to get a tracking number to check with the carrier as it wasn’t listed. They weren’t really helpful; since the item was fairly cheap we just let it go. A few days later eBay showed 2 tracking number (?)…. About a week later a received the item and then the next week a second one but it appears I was only charged for one.
