    The company took my money had sent NO updates as to order being processed or being shipped in transit, i emailed the company friday 2 weeks after it was ordered, before it was due on monday n they told me they had a snow storm, but NOTHING about where my parts were. Then they sent me a fedex tracking number which said no info available! , and told me to check with fedex for the shipment not them. The order showed up 1 day late.

    Customers order was shipped and delivered to him via Fed Ex. Customer even signed for the order. There was a four day blizzard that shut the state down and all shipping. We explained that to the customer.

      Well...

      20 day delivery time to Norway. The rubber band are a bit fussy to fasten the product to the battery. Will it work over an long periode of time with heat/water/dust in an engine room? I use an side battery connector to the top of this unit. It fit, if you put the cable in an correct angle. I wish more isolation around both the top connection (dust) and the red cable connection, at the HD unit. But.. This product may save me for an another defect battery... I have replaced 3 batteries and one alternator due to an defekt radio amplifier in an Chevrolet Tahoe...

      Great product

      Some thing in my daughter's car kept draining her battery and after I installed this item, the problem has been fixed. She has had one time that she had to step on her brake to get the car to start, so this device worked.

      Not had to jump start my Range Rover once. But I do have to remove the black small earth wire every time to wake the unit up witch I put a switch on the outside to do it so not a big problem
