Same problem when you put the pump in it overflows a little and makes everything oily. Have to rinse outside off with soap and hot water. Same problem when I purchase it from the vet office. The manufacturer fills it too full to accommodate the pump system it provides. Nothing against the seller, just the maker of the liquid and pump system.
