One fault after another

I can either make expresso or steam milk, but just can not make a cappucino. As soon as you use the machine, it just throws up an error. It will make 1 expresso, and if its left for a couple of hours, it will possibly make another. I have contacted customer service who have made suggestions, but then we encounter another error. If you make expresso, then try to steam milk, you have to switch off at plug, wait a few mins, switch on again, wait for it to go through its warm up, by which time the expresso is lukewarm. If more than 4 people want coffees, they have to have them 10 mins apart, and not very hot.

A good machine

We transferred to this product having previously used a Nespresso capsule system and so far we are pleased with the new machine. It isn't quite so "slick" and it is noisier. BUT we were concerned at the non recyclable nature of nespresso (for those like us who don't live close to the nespresso retail outlets and by the fact that the capsules apparently contain other products. And despite the De' Longhi being more expensive to purchase the ongoing costs are likely to be a lot less as the capsules are relatively expensive. It only took a few minutes to work out how to use it

Easy to use, nice ☕

Came almost like new was a slight amount of coffee powder in the grinder part but this my have been them testing the unit. Very noisy but we have this machine in work so I knew that b4 I got it.

Nice coffee but noisy machine

Makes nice coffee with a freshly ground and pre-ground coffee options. I did expect the coffee grinder to make noise but I did not expect the water system to be louder. It’s a noisy machine for a kitchen.

Bargain....

Bought this as certified refurbished and it came directly from manufacturer as new with everything included. Make a great lat'e and capachino. Not so good Americano but good. At £200 less than new curry's price I'm well chuffed.
