    I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. My item took almost four weeks to arrive because Australia Post delivered it to the wrong state twice. When I questioned the delay the seller, Karen, never apologised for the inconvenience, never offered to resend the item, and never offered a refund I did ask for a refund, this fell of deaf ears. She instead just put the blame on Australia Post, her preferred carrier, so clearly not the buyer fault!

    I feel your feedback is very unfair. I apologised for the delays caused by Australia Post sending your parcel to SA then NSW, we both even had a laugh about it in our messages and yet I still kept chasing it up. When you asked for a refund, Cyclone Fina hit and I had no power, internet etc for four days. I even messaged you beforehand to let you know. Once service returned, I saw your parcel was delivered, yet you still said I had poor communication. I don't know what more I could have done.
