    Come as it said and all intact but we found 2 moth larvae in it so I snapped a photo and the seller was super understanding sent a new one out asap and even put some extra treats in for our new hammy, so I cannot fault this seller at all! Acutally one of the helpful and understanding sellers ive come across he felt just as awful he didn't spot them but he sent a brand new hammy toy out. Great appearance, as it says on the tin and quality was great! I will be shopping with u again 100% recommend

    Item was dispatched late, reason given: "parcel had fallen behind seat", postage was refunded. One Item arrived damaged outer package. Inner package was broken, bulb moving loose inside box ( supposed to be secured, carboard had been broken away and bulb handled as there was a hand print and finger prints smudged on the packaging) refund offered if goods returned, would take too much time to get replacements. Item should have been sold at discount like any store would if damaged package! AVOID!!

    What a shame I only have 500 characters to defend myself. Postage was FREE so you got a discount, as soon as we discovered it wasn't dropped off stayed behind at work to generate express next day delivery label, got dropped off same evening, refund issued all before you received it, we test all bulbs before sending, packaging condition stated on listing, the outer package was taped to ensure the bulb didn't fall out inside the box during transit. Ruined my feedback score :( AVOID!!

    Confused

    I have given poor marks because I do not understand what is happening. I have always used the Tetra pond ph test 7 drops to 5ml of pond water and found them to be very good. I tested the water just now and the reading was 9. I also have the Tetra 6-in-1 test strips, which I have also just used and the ph reading was 6.5. I have used both these Tetra products over a lengthy period of time but I would very much like to know which is the correct reading. I would have thought they should both show the same result and with the results being so different I really do not know how to treat the pond.

    Waste of time and money

    Seller is great but the product is horrific, you are better off using the tetra drops test as it is very accurate compared to this strip test, thank stars i had some drops left in the old test kit as this almost cost my Koi their lives. Scary how inaccurate the ph was. Please do not use.

    Water testing strips.

    These strips are incredibly easy to use and are just the thing for garden pond owners to keep a weather eye on the water quality. An example is that a strip indicated that my water was a bit on the hard side so I removed some water and let our very wet weather refill the pond, and subsequent strips have shown that indeed, the water is now softer.

    Good easy to read

    Bought these to use on our pond to see if we were keeping our water in good condition. We found all readings to be good. The key is on the side of the tube so you can match colours to it. Have used other cheaper strips and found them to be sub standard. These are excellent.
