The seller has made the return process extremely difficult; Slow communication, ridiculously asking me to take the item to a shop in another town to return it, sent me a poor quality photo of them holding a paper QR code up to a camera, etc, etc. I would recommend avoiding this inexperienced and awkward EBay seller. I have now asked EBay to step in.
