ON DELIVERY
On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.
Please note the delivery team can only take the sofa into a ground floor premises, if the delivery team is required to go up a flight of stairs then charges for this will be applied accordingly.
All items must be checked during delivery with the courier present. If the item is damaged or does not fit the description, it must be reported to the courier immediately. We do not accept complaints about the item s exterior damage, as we expect it to be inspected thoroughly during delivery.
Once the item has been delivered, the delivery team will ask you to sign the relevant documentation required. Please note we are not able to take away your old furniture.
WARRANTY
Our one-year manufacturer’s warranty covers any damage found on the frame, internal springs, webbing or feet, that has been caused by a manufacturing defect.
If you spot something wrong with your sofa, please contact us providing images of the damage. If the damage is deemed a manufacturing defect, then you must send the damaged item back to us. We will then try to repair any faulty product, but if we are unable to, we will send you a replacement.

Misuse (Accidental or deliberate)
Wear & Tear
Failure to maintain
Commercial or institutional use
A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. damp or in direct sunlight.)
Any item where an alteration has been carried out.
Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees.
