      Great Tasting Meals

      Fantastic recipes that are both Slimming World friendly & Weight Watchers friendly, you just need to work out if there are any Syns or Points in the meals as only some are 'free'. Great if you are calorie counting as they are worked out for you. The recipes in this book have been brilliantly worked out for balance and great even if you are not watching your waistline, they are healthy & nutritious and well .................. Just very tasty! I am eagerly awaiting the 2nd edition :)

      Very few recipes

      Very disappointed with the content. It would have been more cost effective to get recipes from the internet. much better books out there for the price. I thought there may be some of the recipes that come up on Facebook but nothing outstanding so don’t waste your money.

      Best cook book in the world!

      Honestly the best cook book I have found, and being a slimming world member this is the one. The recipes I have tried so far have all blown me away. It's simple to work out the syns of each recipe/portion so dont let that put you off. It will be the best £10 you've spent all year! :-D

      Best diet book ever ever tried

      Just great easy recipes and lovely pictures of the food have tried a couple and love them now just waiting for weight drop. Even tried on my daughter who does not need to loose weight but she loves the food, and now makes some of the food in book.

      Fresh ideas and options on how to cook it, which help you adapt recipes for a busy day, whack it all in the slow cooker... Brilliant. All the desert ideas are also great, I don’t think there’s any I’d say no to and you can do do much with a tortilla wrap.
