    great for a buttercream frosting use recipe on bag and rewhip before spreading.....use good butte

    Rich, sweet, & good for you

    Ghirardelli baking cocoa is wonderful. It is sweet enough, I don't add sugar to make cocoa. I was on cocoa rationing due to lack of availability locally.
