    Phone arrived in new condition and works perfectly, but was inaccurately listed as ‘new and unopened’ - the box had in fact been opened, and the phone had been 'tested' by the seller, which was an unwelcome surprise. There's a big difference between new in a sealed box, and opened but unused. Seller responded quickly to communication but was unconcerned about the inaccurate listing, which would put me off using them in future. However, I can't fault the packaging, or the phone itself.

    I bought a new screen for my iPhone. It arrived unsealed and had marks where it had been handled. I told the seller, they said it’s new. Someone I trust installed it, there is a black notch bottom right, the seller said my guy must have left a screw in there as it was tested their end. They do not want to know, I offered to video the phone being dismantled to prove there’s no screw and was ignored. How do I return something that’s already installed. I would not use or recommend this company.

    Older flagship that still performs.

    More of an Apple person, but really impressed with this. Even though model is a couple of years old now, runs really well. Battery last long (for me) and S-Pen is a list of features I haven't even got near the bottom of.

    S Pen and USB Cable Lets an Otherwise Good Phone Down

    I bought this as it got a better write up than the newer Samsung phones and I needed a smart pen. The smart pen does not work as well as I was expecting; sometimes it opens the camera sometimes it doesn't. It doesn't always work on the keyboard or apps either. I have tried every workaround I can find, but nothing makes the S Pen 100% reliable. Then I discovered that the USB cable that came with it is not supported by Samsung, so that means I cannot use the headphones (no headphone jack on this model.) I did a bit of digging online and it looks like the USB cable is actually supplied by Samsung in the first place, yet it isn't compatible with the phone?? Beyond ridiculous, but not surprising. I do not know 100% if this is actually the situation though. I think it deserves 3.5 stars ...
