Shame that royal mail was courier and as soon as I realised I knew that there would be delivery problems and there were. On the last day it was supposed to be delivered I had an email at 8.20am to say the item was sent to the wrong delivery office in the city, it then took 28 hours to be redirected and delivered to me.
