      Unfortunately, the item arrived quite late — it took more than a week. Although I asked the seller at the beginning, I didn’t receive any reply at first. As for the product, there’s no issue. It’s not brand new, but it’s very clean and barely used — I’d say refurbished. Later on, the seller did respond. From what I can tell, they’re not a bad seller, but not exactly a professional one either. It was a normal purchase, not handled in a very professional way. Thank you.
