    Really interesting book

    Really good book. The author has the history of several different Catskill resorts worked into this book. I have not been able to put it down since I started reading it.

    My Days and Their Days in the Borscht Belt.

    This book paints, to me, a very realistic view of just how life was " behind-the-scenes." during the waning days of the Borscht Belt. As a salesman for a major foodservice company in the Sullivan and Ulster Counties of New York during "those days" documented in the volume, I saw the types mentioned, both guests and employees. As the chapters go by the reader is truly caught up in the character's lives, good and bad. It would be nice if this book could be made into a movie.
