still not arrived 48hr tracked supposed to be here Saturday 20th. now my son will not have one in time for his birthday as they went me to wait another 3 days after a week in case. this is ridiculous. Will not order again on an item over 200 pound.

Item received. No HDMI cable (although stated that was included). No charging cable (although stated that was included). PS4 Making extremely loud constant noise while on use. condition not as advertised. I did write to the company twice. It has now bee a week and I have not received any response. I was meant to be having additional warranty provided by the seller. Not please with this purchase. Absolutely disappointed by the lack of communication on the seller s part.

I told the seller that my son stole my bank card and purchased these items illegally and promised to contact them after the items were received so they tell me what to do in order to return items to them; unfortunately they failed to keep their promises accordingly.

Tried to cancel within 10 mins, told it had already processed. Then 75 emails telling me my cancellation was rejected?? Item was “refurbished” but the controller was disgustingly dirty. Too much hassle to return so sold it on.

Absolute ordeal trying to deal with this company cancelled my wrong order despite using the correct order number and nearly lost out on my sons birthday present, ended up being out of pocket by a large sum of money and then had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back for a month!!! Way more headache than it’s worth sadly :( I would avoid at all costs
