    I’m sure it’s not you. It appears that some official opened the envelope and removed the contents. It was repackaged with a tape with writing that I assume is Bulgarian. When I opened the package, the two pieces of cardboard which I assume were stapled together with the cover inside of it - had nothing in it. Was the package insured?
