Delivery driver very courteous, and put the pieces where I asked. Had a little problem with some missing screws but they were sent the next day, very impressed. After the build the doors were noticeably warped and continue to warp over the next few days so they didn’t actually meet, sent photos over email, and they sent me two new doors . Can’t fault the company. Thanks

I contacted Forest Garden and they were brilliant and arranged a new delivery time. I've said the arch arrived on time because it did, second time around! I am very peased with the arch. It is well made and sturdy and looks very nice.
