      The Item arrived damaged, there wasn’t any raping around the item to keep it from being damaged. When I contacted the seller I got a reply back from the seller for me to send the item back for a refund but the seller did not offer to send a prepaid sticker for me to send the damaged item back. I’m not prepared to waist my time running around to pay out of my own pocket to send the damaged item back. Due to any of it not being my fault.

      I bought this product because yes it was at a lower price but also the brand name HP is quality so wasn't going to be dissapointed My son has not set my printer up and running yet so can't comment on the quality of print I know i will be pleased I just hope the 9mnth free ink supply will be available when he does and the warranty I hope I can purchase it is still unpacked so no problems with Mother having had a quick peep tempting though 0h if its HP its a reliable brand

      THIS PRODUCT WAS IN TRUTH NOT A GOOD BUY IT IS TOO COMPLICATED TO SET UP! THE PRINTER IS LINKED TO MY WI FI BUT AN ERROR MESSAGE POPS UP ONTO MY LAPTOP THE PRINTER DRIVER NEEDS UPDATING BUT WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE IT IAM INSTRUCTED TO TURN THE PRINTER OFF AND ON AFAIN NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I DO THIS THE PRINTER STILL WILL NOT UPDATE!!! FEANKLY I AM ABOUT TO GIVE UP ON IT!!

      Great printer, great value, east to set up

      I bought this printer and was amazed on how easy it was to set up from either my android phone or from my pc, having tried all the functions, ie printing, copying and scanning, i was impressed on the quality of the print. Also the added bonus of 9 months free ink as and when i needed it, a good purchase

      HP printer that offers excellent value for money.

      Lovely printer has all the functions I require. Simple to set up and print quality is excellent. Wireless connectivity is a real bonus - being able to print directly from a mobile isa real advantage.
