    There was an issue with my package and i never got it and instead of being polite and helpful the seller was very rude and disrespectful. I would not even bother buying any product from them despite how good of a price it is or how rare etc. Absolutely horrible experience this seller has no manners and respect for anyone as a buyer. On top of that he was asking for personal information for my package to be released which obviously seemed like a scam.

    Now I will tell the version of the events: first I normally sent your shipment to the USA. After a week I returned, the client requested that I send it again, to which I agreed without charging him for shipping again. When DHL arrives, it contacts me demanding that the buyer present documentation since it is wanted by the authorities, I don't know why. When I tell him, he stops writing to me. asks for a refund, and gives me a negative rating: result for me, loss of 50 usd and negative rating
