The top contains one 3.5" HDD tray and one M.2 flexbay. The top backplane connector seems to only support M.2 drives, but a HDD tray was included in the top. Furthermore, the M.2 flexbay that was included didn't come with the tray that the actual M.2 drive sits in. So I'm a little confused about the assortment of flexbays it came with, but it works.
