      FItted this a few weeks ago. Easy enough to install (used the photos of the item on eBay as a guide as no instructions included), Still works just fine. Has made my gear changing more precise, and since I installed have not selected the wrong gear - which was happening before I fitted it. It would be nice if it could be designed to provide stronger left-rigt centralisation of the lever too as a refinement. I might end-up customising mine to see If I can do this.
