Now i have to submit a claim with eBay because this guy refuses to be bothered by shipping the item he sold or responding. Not on vacation mode.

I reached out to the seller , he acknowledged and said he would send the correct part in the mail. I have not heard from him since and I have tried to reach out to him three times since. This is holding up my project and at this point I would like my money back from eBay.
