Cost negotiation was smooth and the seller went the extra mile to create a separate listing to buy it for the aggressively negotiated price. But the shipping was a disaster. They shipped using UPS which is terrible and has messed up the overall experience. Not only did it take forever to get the product, they also charged me exorbitantly for brokerage and customs duty. Effectively charging 15% of the product price.

Sadly, I had to pay another $57 in fees due to full value declaration, even when it’s a used item But I understand the limitation and appreciate the professionalism. No complaints at all. Overall, very satisfied!
