    a lens that can provide pro-images at a reasonable cost.

    This lens is made in China under the supervision of Nikon, but in saying that and the cheaper production methods the lens is amazing, the sharpness is as good as lenses that cost three time that much, it really is a sharp lens with very good definition of image, it also has the VR control that can provide extra stops for hand held photography, but it is not necessary as the cameras produce excellent quality even at high ISO, the macro facility is excellent as is the manual focus ring, it produces good close up images, all in all a truly excellent lens for the money.

    Does what it supposed to do

    It's a nice lens in better condition than I expected function's well auto focus produces fairly sharp images maybe I am baised as I prefer to do eveything manually a good buy at a faction of the price of a new one
