They said they were 'checked offsite', which is even worse if both they and an external part missed that it doesn't run. I've had it looked at it's broken, not just needing a new battery. Description said it had box and papers when it didn't, they said this was because they used 'AI', but obviously didn't read what it had generated. They've offered a refund, so that bit is good at least.
