Terms and conditions of the sale
All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions, by purchasing from us you agree to the following:
1) All items are visibly marked with either a paint pen or a stamp (engines gearboxes metal items) and must still have these markings visible in the event of a refund.
2) All parts sold are second hand and may contain age related marks (unless stated in the listing) and removed from UK Specification RIGHT HAND DRIVE vehicles, please remember that PASSENGER side (also known as nearside or n/s) is the left-hand side of a UK vehicle and DRIVER side (also known as offside or o/s) is the Right-hand side. It is your responsibility to check you have ordered the correct side.
3) If your vehicle is Left Hand Drive or not built to UK specification and you are unsure you should contact us before purchasing as items differ.
4) Please check the part number with your item/vehicle if you are unsure please ask first. We are unable to check with vehicles that are not built in the UK. It is the buyer's responsibility to check that they are ordering the correct part.
5) Items purchased from a multiple listing may vary from the picture due to there being multiple available (1 or more) but will be in equal or better working or visual condition to the one shown in the listing.
6) All returned items are to be sent at the buyer's expense unless the item is incorrect or faulty upon arrival, all items are visibly and invisibly security marked and these must still be visible upon return. All items must be returned to us for testing at the buyers expensive, the cost of returning the item will be reimbursed if the item is faulty.
7) All parts must be installed by a competent qualified mechanic or by a VAT registered garage. Electronic parts may require programming to the vehicle with specialist computer equipment which can in some cases only be carried out by the manufacturer.
8) All items except spares or repairs items and Ecu’s are sold with warranty as displayed in the item listing or a minimum of 30 days. The warranty covers the part only no labour or time expenses. The warranty does not cover any cost's incurred with moving or recovering the vehicle. Our warranty covers the sale price of the item only. If the part is faulty it may be replaced or part of the item replaced for items consisting of multiple parts Items will be refunded at our sole discretion. Replacement items are subject to availability and are all used parts. All items that are deemed to be faulty must be returned to us for testing.
9) Ecu’s and modules are only covered if they are damaged upon arrival or do not work. If an ecu or module works on your vehicle upon test fitting but fails to operate on second start up (next time you start it or following day) there is no warranty given or implied as it may have been damaged due to an underlying problem with your vehicle.
10) All parts that contain Oil, grease or any other type of fluid will be drained/emptied before collection/shipping They must have all fluids replaced with manufacturer approved new fluids before installation. All gaskets, seals and any other manufacturer recommend consumable must be replaced at the time of installation if recommend by the manufacturer. The warranty will be voided if proof of this is not provided in the event of a claim, proof will need to be in the form of a VAT invoice made out to the purchaser and a copy of the method of payment.
11) Items that contain replaceable parts such as bushes/ball joints and mounting gaskets should be purchased in the consideration that they need to be replaced unless stated otherwise.
All part worn Tyres are sold as seen and are not covered by any warranty or guarantee unless they are in an unusable condition upon delivery.
12) Wheels purchased from us may need to be filled with air upon fitting as wheels can lose pressure when sat stationary for an extended period of time.
13) Any work/modifications or repair carried out to the part(s) other than the manufacturer's recommended installation procedure will invalidate the warranty.
14) All painted parts, wings, doors, bumpers, trim etc. are sold on the basis that they may need to be re-sprayed to achieve dent free condition and perfect colour match to your vehicle.
15) Electrical parts such as ecu’s modules may need to be coded to your car's, this must be carried out by suitably qualified person. Even if the part number is the same as your part this does NOT guarantee compatibility as different cars have different specifications.
16) Please be aware when purchasing from a multiple listing item that you may not receive the exact item in the picture but it will have the same if not compatible part numbers and it may vary slightly from the one shown but will still be in good usable condition.
17) All items sold as “spares or repairs” or “for parts not working” or “damaged” are sold with no warranty.
18) Postage and shipping quotes are for mainland UK only unless stated otherwise. Anywhere other than mainland UK will require additional postage charge
All items are booked the next working day and sent via the courier shown in the listing (will vary due to size and weight)

1.Delivery
Damaged or Lost in delivery
 
All goods damaged or lost in transit must be reported by phone or email within 7 days off your estimated delivery time which will be on your conformation email. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods due to transit. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims made. Once you have had delivery of your goods you should thoroughly check over the items for any damage caused in transit. When signing for your goods you are only signing that you have RECEIVED the goods NOT that they are damaged so you will still be able to make a claim if you signed for them unchecked. If you notice the goods are damaged before you have signed for them simply refuse the goods and inform us immediately.
Warranty
I offer 3 different types of warranty depending on the type of part that that you order. These fall into 3 categories. In the comments of each listing it will indicate which warranty will apply for each part.
1.Warranty .30 days
This warranty will cover Body panels, Interior trims, panels & seats, Wheels & tyres. Parts with no electrical or mechanical workings. ie parts with nothing to go wrong with the exception of incorrect fitting or damaged due to impact.
2.Warranty 30 days
This warranty will cover things like electrical or mechanical parts which could be fitted and later develop faults.
Engines, Gear boxes, Engine components, Vehicle electrics & Suspension parts.
3.Warranty No Warranty
This warranty will cover parts that come with NO Warranty. Ie Parts that are listed as damaged for spares or repair, Parts that have been cut off of the vehicle ie wiring loom & body cuts, Parts that have been removed purely for the fitting of other parts ie nuts & bolts, Brackets, fixtures & clips
If you are at all not sure about any of the warranty or Delivery terms and condition you must contacted me before any purchase has made.
Generally warranty
A guarantee of 30 days is given which will start from the date the part/parts are collected/received.
In the case that a part is incorrect or is faulty before a refund can be considered GBM Ltd replace the part with a replacement and will have it redelivered/ready for collection within 4 working days. If a replacement part cannot be sourced and redelivered/collected within 4 working days a refund will be issued so long as nothing has been done to void your warranty.
All parts must be returned with a valid original invoice and in adequate packaging.
All parts must carry our GBM Ltd Identification marks and all manufactures numbers, stickers and ID marks. All sold items are marked, recorded and images are taken before postage. Any parts where these have been removed or tampered with will void any warranty.
I accept no responsibility for any labour costs, charges involved with fitting, removal or changing of parts supplied or any other fee incurred if the part is proven to be faulty or incorrect (with the acceptation of postage cost.
All parts returned must be in the same condition as I supplied them in and must not be tampered with or dismantled other than the replacement of standard serviceable parts or components.
Any parts damaged through incorrect fitting will also void any warranty, all parts should be fitted with the correct equipment and by a qualified mechanic.
None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
I not responsibility for any labour costs, charges involved with fitting, removal or changing of parts supplied or any other fee incurred if the part is proven to be faulty or incorrect (with the acceptation of postage cost as explained in the RETURNS section)
