Positive experience on shipping - time taken, information provided etc. The only adverse comment I would make is that the addition of a couple of rubber O rings for the screw joints would be a good idea to improve usability, at negligible cost. I added rubber O rings myself which decrease the chances of over-tightening the joints and makes it much more difficult for them to come loose as you are using the cane.
