    Link on pendant broke shortly after delivery. Tool to jewelry repair and was told could sauder link. Later told link was not gold and would melt. Had to by a new link. Paid $60 for repair(see pictures attached), notified seller and requested credit refund for repair of faulty and missdvertized link. Seller refused to pay for necessary repair. I had almost lost the entire pendant when faulty link spilt. Repaired it because I liked pendant. Cab eBay step in?

    Only the pendant is advertised as 18k yellow gold. I do not cover repairs for broken jewelry, nor does my listing state this. Yes, it is unfortunately that ebay will no longer remove negative feedback from uniformed buyers (and I will not adhere to threats). The listing is very clear about the item sold, if you break your jewelry yes you will need to pay for a repair. I pray that you will be blessed with the wisdom to make informed purchases and not make un warranted demands of others.
