    This is the second time I've bought from them. Item as described. Super cheap shipping. The clock was placed in a box 3 times the size needed. The void in the box allowed for the clock to bounce around quite a bit. Thank God it arrived not broken. I also had written asking questions about the clock twice and never did get an answer. Thank you Salvation Army, I am sure you do the best you can.
