    Slightly confused as I received a message to say my purchase had been dispatched with another the following day to say the Item purchased was out of stock but they had a similar item that would do the same job so I agreed and then it arrived a day late but they were correct and it does work for what I need but would have been happier had they not confused the transaction from day one - but I suppose it was an error their end but without a nice apology :-(!     You need to use this company if you need a remote control replacement! I ordered a new remote and there was a problem but the seller instantly told me it was out of stock and suggested an alternative new compatible remote which was slightly cheaper. They refunded the difference in money and sent through the alternative new replacement which worked perfectly...just as they said it would!     Brand new item, is as described, works perfectly, only down point was delivery time, was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 working days, item delivered 8 days after order, However, it was delivered by royal mail ( who i have previously had late deliveries ), seller wise i am 100% confidence with, just the postal issue, regardless i give 5* to seller.
