Apart from rubbish instructions it works great, recording front and rear views simultaneously straight out of the box. I first fitted a faulty old micro SD card and that meant the camera wouldn't power up - with a new card it worked flawlessly so my bad but the instructions don't mention this. The resolution at max is good enough to read plates from the front camera but not quite with the rear, but tbh if you have a shunt it is easily good enough to show the car and road positions, and relative speed etc. Maybe not so good if they don't stop I guess! But excellent value for sure.

Product description says that is available in few languages and it is only Chinese & English, no German & Russian. same with the manual - only in Chinese & English. The buttons are not as per description, needed to spent some time to figure out all the settings & product features. Positive site - good recording quality, very wide lens angle.

Looks well enough, tested over a week end. Started good when got settings sorted, and all seemed fine. Within our journey it stopped recording and powered down. When stopped, we had a look at what may have caused this and found nothing. So for a solution i re formatted the card, and it set off again, only to find again it stopped and powered down. So we carried on without using whilst out for the day. When home we reviewed the footage and, the front camera was facing correct but, the rear camera was like watching through a mirror (all was backwards), All in all i find this camera very poor indeed, The only good feature is the nice size screen it has.

This is a very nice product that looks expensive and features an additional rear camera that hooks up to the reverse light on your car to activate. Both cameras record simultaneously to a Class 10 Micro SD card. The audio quality isn't fantastic and gets a little bit distorted but will get the job done. The mount it comes with to suck it to your windscreen is solid, but unless it is angled properly will cause a bit of shake on the camera whilst driving. The video quality, whilst good for the price, struggles to read number plates from a distance away. It claims 1080p recording but checking the metadata on my PC shows 720p for the front camera and VGA for the rear camera. The moment I started the camera I had to turn the exposure down to the minimum setting, which is then perfect. Exposure at the standard setting is overexposed. Don't believe the "advanced lens" with 300 different sections, it's a cheap little lens that performs above average in sunlight. The rear camera does not work well at all in sunlight. I suggest getting a strong 3M double sided tape strip to fix the rear camera to the car. It has a HDR mode which enhances night time footage (which is already good without it enabled) but I usually have it disabled because it tints the road a different colour on the main camera. It doesn't work on the rear one. There is a feature for a "fill light" which is two leds on the front of the dash cam - which does nothing. Don't enable it. Every so often, the SD card will be full, and the camera will complain and say "format to continue recording" but will continue recording anyway and write over the previous recordings. However, I always format the card at this point to carry on using the reverse camera. The unit itself has a nice 4" screen and is supplied with a cigarette adapter. Overall, I think this device is great value for money and would recommend you snap it up if it's under £30.Read full review

Bought for the 2 camera option thinking that it would record the front and back at the same time, but the back only shows when you revers (when you install is to the reversing light, which is simple.) The size is a bit cumbersome so if you're not looking for a reversing camera then maybe try a smaller one as you wouldn't need the size. but so far i'ts working well and is simple to set up.
