The diligent team at Crown DIY strives to ensure accurate prices and technical specifications at the time of purchase. Amendments to prices may occur due to supplier increases, taxes, or duties. Any such changes will be communicated and agreed upon before order acceptance.
 
3. Delivery & Collection:

All prices include VAT. Upon delivery, a visual inspection is recommended for damages, and customers are urged to ensure all ordered products are present. Customers are advised not to fit damaged goods, as replacements may be hindered. Damaged goods, where possible, must be returned in original packaging. 4. Faulty Products:

Return Policy: If goods are found to be damaged, faulty, or incomplete, customers must notify Crown DIY within 30 days of delivery. Crown DIY will organise replacements and collections for such situations. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are advised against fitting damaged goods, and no replacements or refunds will be provided for items that have been installed.

Applicability of Guarantees: Product guarantees that depend on British manufacturing standards or assume the end user has a British Standard water system may not be applicable to international orders.

Plumbers or fitters Costs: Crown DIY is not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss, or compensation.
 
9. Stock Availability and Order Processing:
 
Order Processing on Weekends and Bank Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day for delivery purposes.
 
10. Ownership of Goods:
 
Passing of Ownership: Ownership of goods remains with Crown DIY until payment is received in full for all goods supplied to the customer.

    Good buy

    This was a replacement for a very expensive integrated microwave It looks just as good as the previous one and seems very efficient and very easy to clean You need to know the size of the actual heating chamber is dinner plate size It’s very clear from the dimensions given but you don’t realise how small that is until you feel you have to check a plate fits when you install !! Not a problem for us but needed to mention

    not so easy to use.

    nice unit, bought this as my first integrated microwave, slotted in easy and easy to secure. Not as easy to use as my 35 yr old digital one, if you cant work out even simple percentages, then you will struggle to set power settings. and with some buttons requiring more than one press to move function, can be a bit awkward, my wife only using the quick start now, and just presses it a couple of times if longer required. My main concern is during daylight hours you cant see the clock, it is so dull in brightness, you need the kitchen to be pretty dark to see it. And i am eye level to it.

    Good value for money !!

    product good value for money, easy to install. Instruction manual could be more explicate e g Units 800 watt max but show P100 and then other temp must be worked out by percentages. timer being manaul takes time to master -when the unit replaces a more expensive m/c e g a Neff/Bosch. where temp and time is clear to see,. Led panel is not as 'Bright' asmsome and to see one must be directly in front.of panel.
