    Keeps my noggin' very warm.

    This is real wool. Real wool BREATHES, unlike the cheap polyester hats that allow wind in but also make my head sweat. This hat is a one size fits all, it will stretch to fit large heads and it will also fold up for smaller heads. Great product.

    LIKE ALMOST EVERTHING IN AMERICA US MIL. SURPLUS HAS GONE TO THE DOGS

    I sold genuine military for 25 years and know ROTHCO well as an excellent family run company but there simply is no comparison between VN era GI watch cap and today's flimsy evolution. 'Real" , i.e.old, GI wool watch and jeep caps were so much tighter weave that you couldn't put your finger through them. This unfortunately is what manufacturing has become in everything'Made in America'. Sad.

    A great cap. May take a little time to adjust to your size.

    When this first arrived, I thought, "How is this going to fit on my head? Sailors must have really small heads." (I'm a former Marine) I put it on and it was uncomfortably tight. For some reason, I tried it on the next day and it didn't feel as bad. Apparently the cap stretches. It now feels comfortable, and, just as important it is warm. I'm completely satisfied and may buy a couple more. The trick is to give it a little time to adjust to your head size. My head is slightly larger than average, and, it may have taken a little longer to adjust. It's a great hat just give it some time to adjust.

    Navy Issue. Very warm.

    As described it is 100% wool. Dark Navy blue or black. One size fits most. Almost identical to the cap I was issued by the Navy in 1962.

    Good and warm.
