    Unsafe

    This bench does not leave enough room for your hands to safely return the weights after lifting to the holding posts. Many times I have pinched my thumb knuckles between the bar and the post cradle parts trying to set the bar back down. This design can cause serious injury to your hands. There is about 4 inches of grip space per hand. If you don't land it perfectly you are going to crush your hand possibly causing permanent damage.

    Well made good quality

    Good product for the price. Made well. Great to use till the gyms open up. The d own side is the bar holders are to close together. The board you lay on is to narrow you have to try and balance on it while try to lift weights.( made new wider board now more stable.) Still very good for price.

    Bad product bad quality

    Not happy with product weights missing bench damaged I have brought over 124 items in the last two years from EBay this the first time I am unhappy and will not purchase again. Tell my friends and family social media products boycott this product
