You'd never know this was a refurbished item. It arrived perfectly packed in an original product box with all the manuals, clean filters, etc. and there wasn't a scratch on it. After a charge, I let it loose and watched it perform faultlessly. It's perfect for running around collecting dust while I do other things and for getting under the beds, etc. I'm very happy with it.

This Robovac came boxed and looked brand new. Wouldn't have known it was refurbished. Worked great from first switch on, downloaded Eufy clean app. Amazing what this little thing does. Fascinating watching it scoot round the house. Delivery fast and it was well packaged. Wish I had bought one sooner. Replacement parts cheap too on eBay.

Great item. Was recommended Eufy robovac and I'm very impressed. It's great on carpet and vinyl flooring. Has a little corner brush for edge's and under appliances. It doesn't fall down stairs. Due surgery and was bothered about not being able to vacuum and really pleased I got this. It said refurbished but honestly, it was like new. It's also has a bumper but doesn't bash the corners. Easy to empty and clean. Delt with customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Really pleased.

Great value for the money
I am not the best at these things however I downloaded the app and was able to set it up easily. Doing a great job better than I expected to be honest. The only negative it cannot find the return to base unless it is in clear line from it. I love it great value for the money, and sadly entertaining to watch......

It was enjoyable and relaxing to watch it vacuum and i grew really fond of it but on the rare days of really bright sunlight coming throught the skylights, it wouldnt vacuum the patches of sunlight on the floor. I guess they tricked the sensors into accepting them as solid objects. I would look into buying another one, higher model with better functions such as room mapping.
