There is not much to it and the print is very small making it unreadable without magnification. Fortunately I was able to fine much more complete instructions on line at a website not connected with this purchase.

    To be honest it got an error reading when my car was off , but when I connected it Worked perfectly exactly read the codes an found my Vin (very simple to use ) an the price is worth every penny an sum for what it does an essential tool for car owners. Best money I've ever spent on a product literally.
