There were several emails back and forth to check the current system to get the data required to obtain the install key. All went well and update took around an hour. The sat nav held all my saved/previous destinations during the upgrade, but I'd backed those up to USB beforehand. Both Sat Nav and Radio have a newer interface, which my fingers will take a little while to learn to use whilst driving.
