    Packaging was solid, the condition is excellent, I got good value for the item. Shipping left something to be desired, however. When I bought the item, the estimated time to delivery was 6 days. The next day it was changed to 7-10 business days. I was less than happy with that, but okay. It is what it is. After 7 days, the item appeared to not have been shipped. I contacted the seller to let them know I needed information. The item shipped the next day.

Item was packed in DELL AlienWare OEM box - everything was okay (a bit damaged package due to transportation all through the Atlantic Ocean, but it's really okay) - the main thing the laptop was received in perfect condition.
