Rose&lillyltd not a limited company. FURDECO (courier) gave me details of business owner - Loic Tago on 078808 17753) who said cooker was "just used by wife". He then sent wrong return label to get out of refund, (see pictures) so I returned it to his wife (see label), but still not got the money back. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THEM.
