Best Intel processor I've ever used
Runs better than any other Intel processor I've ever had, though that might not be saying much with what I've used before. Clock speed are higher, utilization is less with basic tasks. Processor is able to preform the functions of GPU and CPU in day to day tasks without breaking a sweat. It has so far held up to constant usage, and so far has stayed cooler than expected. This processor has managed to run the most demanding hardware I own without much incident so far. 7700k processor upgarde
Upgraded from my 6600k, now I’m running at 4.6 gigs instead of 4.0. Processor was easy to install but and my only problem was reseating the memory DIMMs as I had to remove one to get to cooler clamp. Great Processor

Super fast CPU, On Z180 MOBO, Runs at 35 to 40C at 4.9 GHS with Air and 5.0 with water cooling.
Arguably one of the best and only super fast CPU's Intel ever made. Droped in CPU into MOBO and applied paste and Water cooler. Set BIOS to AUTO overclock with water cooler. Bios [ASUS] set overclock to 17%, about 5 GHz -WOW! Runs all day at 5 GHZ. Scores 6998 total points on Passmark performance test with AMD Radeon RX670 and Samsung SSD with SATA III connection, and finally ASUS Z170 MOBO. Great processor, very reliable, the more you push it, the more it WANTS!!!!!
This processor is still one of the best for gaming today!! I have an I7-7700K watercooled, MSI Z270A-PRO Motherboard, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Ram, Asus Dual GTX 1070 watercooled, Samsung 970 Evo 500GB M.2 for OS, various other ssds for recording and storage, Corsair rm750x power supply. With that said both the processor and 1070 are on seperate 120mm AIO Coolers. After 4 hours of gaming I see max temps on my i7-7700k only reach in the low 50's. This processor can be a little power hungry, and can produce some heat even for a watercooled system with 120mm and 140mm fans, so beware.
