    I would not call it heavy duty, and I don't understand the use of the word "pack" in the title

    It is fine and being used but anticipated it being larger and heavier, I think the one I have already is an office one - I have used it already and it "does the job".

    Not great for heavy usage

    Not heavy enough to pull tape with one hand as you need to hold it with the other hand. The tape is only a few cms away from the cutting edge so not easy to get your fingers under the tape to pull it out either.
